Larry K. Harvey rejoined our company in February 2003 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. In February 2006, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, was elected Treasurer in September 2007 and elected Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in November 2007. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Harvey served as Chief Financial Officer of Barceló Crestline Corporation, formerly Crestline Capital Corporation, and in various other positions with Crestline from January 1999 to January 2003. From May of 1994 through December of 1998, he served in various accounting positions at our company and was the Vice President, Corporate Accounting prior to the spin-off of Crestline. |
