Larry Mincey has (fifteen)15 years of hardware and software support experience on a myriad of platforms. Mr. Mincey’s experience includes Information Technology leadership and Project Management aspects of the Telecommunications and Medical Information segments of the market. Mr. Mincey has supervised, trained, and developed International Helpdesk and Domestic IT staff using self created, instructions and Computer Based Training (CBT) material, to build the skill set of both Helpdesk and junior IT personnel. Mr. Mincey’s latest technology activities include the deployment and support of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Terminal Server, Citrix Metiframe Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Linux (Redhat Linux and Debian) and Cisco PIX firewalls. Mr. Mincey is currently responsible for U.S. Datacomm's international clients and overseeing international support activities. |
