Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, Mr. Munson held management positions with three Fortune 500 companies, an advertising agency, a franchisor, and two management consulting firms. He led a team that developed, introduced, and expanded a new product line for a major food company that generated the highest first-year national sales rate in company history and fifth highest of all products introduced into supermarkets that year. He has led 12 successful business turnarounds as President/COO, General Manager, or Vice President, and has consulted with 22 franchisees and 15 other companies resulting in significantly increased revenues and profits. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Communications from the University of Missouri.
