Larry Neilson joined Plum Creek as Vice President Real Estate in 2002. In this role he oversees land development joint ventures with third-party developers and sales of unique properties.
From 1994 to 2002 he served in a variety of real estate positions at Microsoft Corporation including General Manager Worldwide Real Estate & Facilities. His responsibilities were later broadened when he became General Manager Corporate Services and Worldwide Real Estate & Facilities.
Prior to joining Microsoft Neilson served as Vice president and Director of Finance & Acquisitions for Skinner Development Company. He also served as Director Real Estate Acquisitions at Equitec Properties Company a real estate syndication firm. He began his career in the audit department at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company.
Neilson earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University. |
