Larry A. Steinbrueck established MidWest Capital Group as a continuation of his prior operational, M & A and professional services history. After receiving his MBA from the University of Missouri, Larry worked for two family manufacturing and distribution companies, including living 3 years in Puerto Rico. He was a Senior Management Consultant for Deloitte and Touche, the international consulting and accounting firm, and was active in major corporate finance engagements. In addition to his professional services, Larry has first-hand entrepreneurial and operational credentials including the purchase and reengineering of a manufacturing company of pro audio systems. He owns a health care equipment leasing company providing nuclear camera equipment and services to hospitals and clinics. He serves on boards of various entities including investment funds and technology firms.Larry guides the M & A activities for MidWest. He has completed numerous middle-market transactions involving private and public buyers and sellers. His transaction experience crosses several industries including aerospace, computer technology, oil and gas, metal treatment, specialty chemical, etc. In addition, he has assisted a number of technology/growth firms (e.g. computer, chemical, oil/gas) in raising over $40 million of private and venture capital. |
