Mr. Shurtleff’s practice focuses on commercial, construction and general litigation. He also has experience in representing and advising individuals and commercial entities regarding employment, contractual and commercial disputes and issues in Colorado and Wyoming. Lance was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2002 and before the United States District Court, District of Colorado in 2003. Additionally, he was admitted to practice in Wyoming in 2004, and is also admitted before the United States District Court, District of Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005. Lance received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming in 2002 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wyoming from the University of Wyoming in 1999. |
