Mr. Cornell joined Transcend Services in November of 2005 as CFO. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance, and financial management, including controller and chief financial officer positions with publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Transcend, Mr. Cornell was Chief Financial Officer for nearly five years at Facility Resources, Inc., a private consulting firm specializing in facility-related project management, systems implementations and outsourcing for large corporations. Prior to that experience, Mr. Cornell served in chief financial officer and controller positions in two separate publicly traded companies in the healthcare information systems industry.
Mr. Cornell received a bachelor's degree in Finance with highest honors from the University of Colorado. |
