Dr. Lance Allgower serves as the Site Director at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals - Rose de Lima Campus in Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Allgower has been an Emergency Physician with EPMG since 2002. Dr. Allgower earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences/COMP in Pomona, California. He performed his Internship and Emergency Medicine Residency at OUCOM/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Allgower is residency-trained and board-certified in Emergency Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and its Nevada Chapter. Upon joining EPMG and the St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, Dr. Allgower started up the Emergency Ultrasound program and trained the emergency physician group in the use of bedside, focused emergency ultrasound. He continues to serve as the Director of Emergency Ultrasound and Operations for all three St. Rose campuses. |
