Mr. Gilliland has served as our executive vice president and chief financial officer since August 2005. Most recently, Mr. Gilliland was an independent consultant. From 1993 to 2005 Mr. Gilliland held various positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., serving in both the mergers and acquisitions and investment banking services departments in New York, Houston and Menlo Park. He began his career with Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc. in New York. Mr. Gilliland is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
