Lana is an executive director at Eureka. She has 10 years of international business and investment banking experience in both cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions with a focus on the industrial/consumer industry sectors. Prior to joining Eureka, Lana was a Vice President with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC in New York. Her investment banking career includes associate positions with JP Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, both in New York. Lana began her career as a program coordinator for the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia. Lana received her M.B.A. (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Georgetown University. She received an equivalent of a B.Sc. in Physical Chemistry from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in Moscow, Russia. Lana is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. She is also a CFA Level III candidate. |
