Ms. Marinelli is an associate in Brown Rudnick's Corporate Department.
Ms. Marinelli focuses her practice primarily on corporate, transactional and securities law. She assists companies in formation and venture capital financing transactions. She also represents both public and private companies in a variety of transactions and advises clients on matters of SEC reporting compliance and issues of Corporate Governance.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Marinelli was an auditor at Deloitte & Touche in Boston. She specialized in financial services and developed audit testing templates for mutual fund clients.
