LaMonté’s 20-year insurance career began at Mercer/Marsh Benefit Consulting. Later joining Blue Cross/Well Point, he gained carrier perspective through his 10 years as a Large Group Sales Manager. At Blue Cross, he received awards for Bringing in the Most New Brokers, and was a member of the President’s Club. Afterwards, LaMonté joined PacifiCare Dental & Vision, where he led the sales force for highest membership, six out of the seven years of his career there. Through LaMonté’s commitment, dedication and client-focused services, he has built a strong industry reputation that has allowed him to understand and support the brokers’ needs. |
