Mr. Sarra joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1993. Mr. Sarra is currently Vice President for Loan Production in NorthMarq’s Jacksonville Regional Office. He is responsible for originating commercial loans in the North Florida/South Georgia market area for such properties as multifamily, retail, office, warehouse, and hospitality projects. Mr. Sarra was employed with BancBoston Mortgage Corporation for 10 years as Chief Appraiser before it was acquired by Legg Mason. Prior to that, he was employed at Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Company as Chief Appraiser from 1968 - 1983 before it was acquired by BancBoston. Mr. Sarra holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson and mortgage broker in the state of Florida. |
