Mr. Laith Hermiz is Vice President Development/Redevelopment. His key responsibilities include implementing and directing new development projects and value-added redevelopments of existing shopping centers for the Company. Mr. Hermiz previously held the position of Managing Director with Joseph Freed and Associates LLC. Mr. Hermiz holds a BS from Loyola University Chicago and Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law. He is a licensed Attorney and real estate broker in the State of Michigan. Professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
