Laird Wiggin has over 35 years of experience in operations, consulting, and software development for the financial services industry. Laird is a Managing Partner with E/W Group, is expert in policy management and shareholder accounting systems and operations, has been responsible for the development of several successful systems, and has managed several account conversions exceeding 1.3 million mutual fund shareholder accounts representing assets of over $8 billion. He was the lead designer and developer of the Variable Products Administration System (VPAS), currently marketed to the life insurance industry, and he was President and CEO of MCCAMISH SYSTEMS, LLC, the provider of services built around this software application.
Prior to co-founding E/W Group in 1993, Laird was President of MONARCH SERVICE COMPANY, which provided new business, underwriting, administrative, licensing and reinsurance services to life and annuity products offered by MERRILL LYNCH and its captive sales force. Prior to that, he led two different operating divisions of DST SYSTEMS where he founded and expanded its Insurance Services Division, creating the largest provider of outsourcing services to the life insurance industry at the time. Laird is a qualified NASD Principal, is a graduate of Clark University, and holds an MBA from Rockhurst College. |
