Laila Rossi co-founded Platinum Solutions in 1999. As Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Rossi is responsible for managing the organization as a whole, developing business strategy, and leading the corporate management team. Ms. Rossi brings to Platinum Solutions eight years of IT consulting experience including software lifecycle development, software release management, program/project management, quality assurance, and contracts management. Ms. Rossi is experienced in running large federal contracts dealing with mission critical systems. Prior to joining Platinum Solutions, Ms. Rossi was an executive in Accenture's Federal Government Operating Unit, with major clients including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and U.S. Department of Education. Ms. Rossi served as Deputy Project Manager for the IRS Integrated Customer Communications (ICCE) Project, a federal contract valued at over $50 million. A native of Virginia, Ms. Rossi earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Ms. Rossi is a member of Women in Technology (WIT), Washington D.C. Software Process Improvement Network (SPIN), and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). |
