Dr. Tuong is the former Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT). Dr. Tuong worked for VNAT for over 20 years, heading the Hotel Division. Dr. Tuong was responsible for VNAT's policies and legislation for hotel business activities and establishing economic and technical standards in hotel services. He also coordinated with provincial tourism departments and related ministries to ensure the highest quality hotel services within Vietnam. |
