LaCorte F. Suber, 44 is CyberGenies’ Chief Relations Officer and manages the company’s Customer Service & Support operations as well as Public Relations. A subject matter expert in service billing issues and systems, LaCorte is the architect of numerous quality improvement projects that have resulted in excellent game plans for improving billing quality from field technicians. Previously active as the Service Billing Manager for Xerox Services (now GE Vendor Finance), La Corte’ performed on site training for field technicians on the impact of their billing errors. He took on the task of handling sales and use tax errors and initiated quality improvement projects involving enhancing the quality of sales tax reporting and of order entry. |
