L.J. Vincik, P.E., RPLS, PGAL's Director of Engineering, brings over 30 years experience managing infrastructure design and construction projects for the public and private sectors. Prior to joining PGAL, Vincik was a District Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation, and served as general manager for a major transportation engineering firm. Vincik's project background encompasses highways, streets, bridges, flood control, railroad, ROW, site development, airports, seaports, pipelines, subdivisions, industrial sitework, buildings, traffic control, maintenance, water, wastewater, lift stations, and surveying. He is a past recipient of the Gib Gilchrist Award presented by Texas A and M University for outstanding service in transportation engineering with TxDOT. His current assignments include TxDOT Border Safety Inspection Facilities, I-10 Section Design, and design management for the Houston Independent School District's current bond program. |
