Kyoko Imai is a senior associate in the firm's Trademark and Copyright Practice Group. Ms. Imai provides trademark, copyright and Internet counseling including enforcement, trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, and licensing. In addition, Ms. Imai has worked on numerous opposition and cancellation actions before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, domain name disputes and federal litigation cases.
Ms. Imai received her J.D. from George Washington University and a B.A. in Philosophy from Tufts University. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia. |
