Kylie Crawford focuses her practice on representing employers before administrative agencies charged with investigating employment claims and in courts of various jurisdictions. Kylie counsels employers prior to litigation to assist them in taking a proactive approach to employment issues. She also assists employers in drafting severance agreements and personnel policies.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Kylie was an associate at a Phoenix law firm. Earlier in her career, Kylie was a clerk for Judge Joseph J. Farnan, Jr. and Chief Judge Sue L. Robinson in the U.S. District Court of Delaware.
Kylie is admitted to practice in all Arizona courts and in the U.S. District Court of Arizona.
Kylie is a contributor to a monthly publication on employment law, The Arizona Employment Law Letter, and her published works include: Lifeguard on Duty: Congress Controls the Gene Pool, June 2007, Closing the Gap on the Minimum Wage Loophole, April 2007, Arizona Takes Broad View Toward FMLA Protections, February 2007, and What Employers Need to Know Before the New Minimum Wage Law Takes Effect, December 2006. She has also published an article entitled, Collateral Sanctions in Higher Education: A Constitutional Challenge to the Drug-Free Student Loan Provision of the Higher Education Act of 1998, 26 U. Tol. L. Rev. 755. Kylie has presented at several employment seminars and conferences, including the FMLA and FLSA Master Classes.
During law school, Kylie served as the Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. She also received the highest award in the University of Toledo's Moot Court Competition.
