Kyle brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from his playing and coaching careers in football. Kyle attended Hofstra University, where he played football and earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology. During his playing years Kyle helped lead Hofstra into the top 10 national rankings twice. After Hofstra, Kyle was a player/coach for two years in Arena football. Kyle also found time to earn his Masters degree in Physical Education. During his spare time over the past three years, Kyle served as an Assistant Coach to the Long Beach City College football team. Kyle joins our staff after being an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the NFL level (San Diego Chargers). He is certified through the National Strength Coaches Association. Kyle came aboard our staff in 2007 to focus on APLA's football programming. His experience and dedication to the sport help him relate to each athlete, and gain their trust. Kyle is innovative in his approaches to training and methodology, always looking to push current envelopes and utilize the newest technology. He is considered to be progressive in modern training methods. Focus at AP: Kyle designs and implements performance training programs for professional and elite athletes of all sports with a heavy emphasis in football. |
