Kyle J. Price, 46, is responsible for overseeing the company's quality assurance and product lifecycle management functions.
Before joining Gateway in December 2004, Price served as vice president and chief quality officer of JDS Uniphase, a Bay Area fiberoptics company, where he led the development and consolidation of the company's Quality Management System and Product Development process. Previously, he served in a variety of quality and reliability engineering roles for Compaq Computer Corporation, where he developed and implemented a Black Belt continuous improvement program and received two U.S. patents. Price began his career at Honeywell Defense Avionics Systems Division.
He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona. |
