Represented both corporate entities and individuals in general tort litigation including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, physician credentialing, construction cases, and premises liability cases. Defended corporations in products liability and various contract-based claims. Also represented insurance carriers in a wide range of cases including coverage issues, agent malfeasance, bad faith and ERISA actions. Litigation experience includes defense of fraud, defamation, malicious prosecution and Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims. Also litigated property and probate cases including adverse possession, municipal annexation, eminent domain matters and contested wills and trusts. Appellate experience encompasses successful appeals to the Arkansas Court of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Also prosecuted and defended administrative actions before the Arkansas Ethics Commission, Arkansas State Medical Board and Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling.
