Kyle D. Enger is a principal at BBI Financial, LLC where he is active in consulting as well as assisting business owners and bankers in financial management, preparation for sale and valuation. Kyle also specializes in merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining BBI Financial, Mr. Enger was a co-founder of the Seattle based software company, Lucernex, Inc. Before building Lucernex, Mr. Enger worked for Marriott International in their Corporate Finance division where he took a lead role in spinning out Marriott’s procurement division Avendra. Mr. Enger is involved in the community and serves on several boards. He holds a B.S. from the University of Washington and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he won the entrepreneurship of the year award in 1998. Kyle is currently teaching at several of the premier banking schools in the country and has been an Associate Director of Pacific Coast Banking School since 2001. |
