Kyle B. Vataha is an Assistant Vice President in FMV Opinions’ New York office. Mr. Vataha has three years of broad-based business valuation experience that spans construction, manufacturing, retailing, distribution, technology, media and entertainment, real estate, and professional services. He has worked on numerous valuation assignments and transactions involving various types of assets, including common and preferred equity, debt instruments, restricted securities, stock options, and carried and other interests in private equity and hedge fund structures.
Mr. Vataha’s professional experience includes valuations for estate and gift tax, income tax, litigation support, financial reporting, ESOPs, and mergers and acquisitions. His corporate valuation experience encompasses complex valuation assignments involving the allocation of value between several classes of common, preferred, and convertible preferred stock.
Mr. Vataha received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Stanford University. |
