Kyle Davis is an Associate at Cogent Valuation in the Los Angeles Office. He joined the firm in 2003 and since then has been involved in over 200 valuations of companies of various sizes. The primary purposes for these engagements have been estate and tax planning, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions and litigation support.
Mr. Davis has worked with companies in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, restaurant, medical device, entertainment, retail, wholesale, computer hardware and software, internet, professional services, real estate development, food and beverage, consumer products and miscellaneous manufacturing industries.
Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Davis is also a CFA Level III Candidate. |
