Kurtis Kindschi consults directly with campuses on the strategic use of financial aid to achieve enrollment and institutional finance objectives. Offering 35 years of experience in higher education finance, he has been actively involved in financial aid leadership and training positions at the state, regional, and national levels.
Mr. Kindschi’s clients have included a diversity of institutions, including Aurora University (IL), Bethany College (WV), University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Tulane University (LA), where enrollment goals were achieved while net tuition revenue increased 18 percent in the first year with Noel-Levitz.
Previous experience
Prior to joining Noel-Levitz, Mr. Kindschi was director of financial aid services for a nine-state ACT region (American College Testing Program), where he conducted more than 100 workshops for financial aid professionals. He also served 16 years combined as director of financial aid at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and director of financial aid at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kindschi has held numerous offices with state and regional financial aid associations. He has received the
Outstanding Service Award
from the Wisconsin Financial Aid Association and the Special Recognition Award from the Minnesota Financial Aid Association. Mr. Kindschi holds an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. |
