Kurt Schmidt joins Intellicom as an Engineer. In this role, Kurt will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting leading-edge technology solutions for our customers. Kurt brings with him a wealth of previous work experience in the field of information technology. This experience includes 6 years spent at Kearney State Bank as Vice-President of Information Technology and 5 years at Good Samaritan Health Systems as a Systems Analyst. In general, Kurt excels at new server installation and maintenance. In addition, Kurt graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Computer Information Systems. He currently sits on the board of the Cable Commission for the City of Kearney and is also a board member for the Tri-City Youth Hockey League. When he is not busy with these two committees, he also coaches youth baseball and hockey. Kurt resides in Kearney with his wife, Ginger, and their two kids, Zachary and Zane. When he is not spending time with his family, Kurt can be found bowling, golfing or playing softball |
