Kurt Kamph is a Vice-President for Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group, LLC. Kurt joined Senn-Delaney Leadership in 1988 with a management background in the media, communications, cable television, and entertainment industries. Since then he has served clients in the fields of Telecommunications, Entertainment, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Energy Services, and Financial Services. Kurt’s inspirational style and his ability to bring fresh perspective has made him a particularly valuable resource to clients in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, executive coaching, vision and values, shaping high-performance culture, problem resolution, managing change, and business and personal effectiveness. During Kurt’s career at Senn-Delaney Leadership he has consulted with leaders and teams at Bell Atlantic, Bellcore, Bristol-Myers Squibb, CBS Television, Hewlett-Packard, KFC, Marcus Cable, MTV, New York Life Insurance Company, NYNEX, QVC, Showtime Networks, Southern California Gas, Southern Natural Gas, Taco Bell, and Western Communications. Kurt has received a number of industry honors and awards including the NYNEX Corporate Quality Award. He and one other of our consultants were particularly honored because this was the first time this award had been bestowed on a person who was not a NYNEX employee. Kurt brought to Senn-Delaney Leadership fifteen years experience in the communications and entertainment industries. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and has completed postgraduate work at Ohio University, UCLA, and USC. Kurt lives in San Diego, California with his wife, son, and daughter. He devotes much of his free time to his family and together they enjoy travel, biking, skiing, and scuba diving. Kurt is also an avid photographer and a published writer of fiction and teleplays. |
