Mr. Johnson has over 26 years of financial leadership experience specializing in technology and telecommunications companies. Prior to Inovys, Kurt was Chief Financial Officer of Medialive International Holdings where he led the company's return to profitability and successful sale to CMP Media. Prior to Medialive, Kurt was Chief Financial Officer of Yipes Enterprise Services, an optical Ethernet service provider, and Netcom Online Communications, a publicly traded Internet service provider. He was Controller at UB Networks, an Ethernet hardware manufacturer, and has held financial leadership positions at several other technology companies. Kurt also spent 10 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco, CA and Milan, Italy. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and FEI. Kurt received a BS in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. |
