Kurt Heinbecker joined the Dallas office in 1990. Beginning his career as a union carpenter in Chicago, Heinbecker has earned a reputation for his attention to detail, unique design and superior craftsmanship. With now almost three decades of experience, Heinbecker utilizes his sharpened knowledge of market conditions and site planning to deliver premier developments that exceed expectations. His extensive experience in office, retail and mixed-use developments, enables him to budget, contract and build various types of construction. Heinbecker is primarily responsible for the negotiation and administration of construction contracts, project specifications and manuals, materials selection and design review. He also oversees North American Properties’ Risk Management Program. Prior to joining the company, Heinbecker worked with Trammell Crow Residential Group. |
