He was named president of ManTech Security Technologies Corporation, which delivers integrated physical, technical and cyber security solutions to the federal government, when it was formed in 2000. Mr. Snapper was named Chief Technology Officer in 2003. As CTO, his responsibilities include coordinating development of technology solutions and investments in internal research and development programs.
