Kurt B. Johnson has been a Director since the Bank´s organization and is Vice Chair of the Board Chair of the Asset and Liability Committee member of the Loan Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Mr. Johnson is the President of Proco Manufacturing in Beaverton Oregon. Proco is a contract manufacturer that primarily serves the semiconductor and electronics industries. Mr. Johnson purchased the company in 1993.
Prior to buying Proco Mr. Johnson was Director of Operations for Kensington Microware a computer accessories manufacturer in the San Francisco Bay area. He previously worked in manufacturing operations at Xerox Corporation in Rochester New York and Federal Signal Corporation in Chicago Illinois. Mr. Johnson earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
