Kunal has proven experience in managing Talent supply chains, sourcing, recruitment and Managed Services and brings inventive methods of global standards to achieve operational efficiency and optimum service quality. Kunal heads the India Operations of Summit HR.Kunal oversees business development, client relationship management, operations, process and quality initiatives. Kunal drives the business process from Summit’s operation centre in Pune, India. He has held multiple leadership positions and was the Regional head Ma Foi Management Consultants, prior to joining Summit HR, handling clients across verticals such as IT, Engineering, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, and Media. He was instrumental in closing multiple senior mandates at the CXO level. His prior experience spans stints at GE Capital and Enbee Group of companies. Kunal is a keen sportsman, avid reader and globe trekker. Kunal holds a graduate degree in Psychology and has two Masters’ degrees, International Relations from JNU, Delhi and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
