Kristy M. Koeltzow is a paralegal in Faegre & Benson’s Denver office. Kristy has assisted attorneys for over 20 years, both in-house and in the law firm setting, in a variety of transactional areas, including real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, credit facility compliance, stock plan administration and corporate reorganization and management. Kristy’s experience and responsibilities include: Setup and maintenance of physical and electronic data rooms Review, organization and summary of due diligence materials Document drafting Reconciliation of complex capitalization structures Closing preparation and management Corporate governance and restructuring Corporate research Kristy received her B.S. in Business from Colorado Christian University and her paralegal training from Community College of Denver. |
