EXPERIENCE
Kris has been active in commercial real estate across the South Coast since 2003, and as an Associate at Leider Hayes, he specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial and investment properties. His comprehensive understanding of complex transactions, in-depth knowledge of market data and trends, and talents in the marketing of commercial properties ensure that his clients receive the highest quality representation possible.
Prior to his promotion to Associate Broker, Kris handled the marketing and analysis of commercial properties at both Leider Hayes and Blair Hayes Commercial. In that capacity, Kris played an integral role in expediting the close of commercial deals across the entire South Coast. In addition, Kris continues to provide economic data for the publication of the UCSB Economic Forecast and California Economic Forecast. Before entering the commercial real estate field, Kris was by UBS/Paine Webber's Specialized Equity Transaction Group, working with large-scale transactions and gaining exposure to all facets of the equity market.

Kris has been in the Santa Barbara community for nearly 10 years, graduating with a B.A. in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
