Ms. Rappé began her career at Wisconsin Electric in 1982, advancing through management and leadership roles in business development, marketing and operations. She was named vice president of Customer Services in 1994, vice president and corporate secretary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation in 2001, and senior vice president and chief administrative officer in 2004.
Ms. Rappé graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, in 1978 with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and Urban Planning. She has also attended executive programs at the Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan’s School of Business Administration.
Ms. Rappé serves on the boards of Marquette University, the United Performing Arts Fund (served as co-chair of the 2005 campaign), the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Catholic Memorial High School and Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Previous board positions include State Financial Services Corporation, State Financial Bank, Integrity Mutual Insurance Company, St. Elizabeth Hospital of Appleton, Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater and Skylight Opera Theater. Ms. Rappé is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
