Kristine Figueroa, C.C.P., joined us in May 2006 as Sr. Director, Human Resources. Prior to joining us, she held the position of Director, Human Resources at Kintera, Inc., a software service provider, overseeing the Human Resources function. From 1998 to 2005, Kristine worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals (acquirer of Dura Pharmaceuticals), a neuroscience-based biotechnology company, most recently in the position of Associate Director, Total Rewards. Prior to joining Elan, Kristine was employed with Intuit, a personal finance and small business software solution provider, from 1996 to 1998. Kristine has held roles as a Business Partner and Compensation professional during her years of experience as a Human Resources professional. Kristine holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from Troy State University. |
