Kristine E. Nelson is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
In 2003, Kristine was a summer associate with McDermott.
While at The University of Virginia School of Law, Kristine was a member of the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal, and served on the Editorial Board and subsequently as Production Editor.
Kristine is the author of an article entitled Postpartum Psychosis and Women Who Kill Their Children: Making the Punishment Fit the Crime, which was published in Developments in Mental Health Law (July 2004).
Kristine is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
