Earned her BA in Education from the University of Alaska , Anchorage . Following graduation, Kristy worked as an accountant and then came to RBMS in September of 1996 to manage the group administration department, as well as to assist in the company's marketing efforts. In April 2004, Kristy became a partner in the firm. Her role as COO makes her responsible for overseeing RBMS’ daily operations. |
