A. Kristina Littman joined the firm from Miller Alfano Raspanti as an associate. She focuses her areas of practice on white collar criminal defense and SEC enforcement action defense.
Kristina has extensive legal experience through her past clerkships, internships and externships. After law school, she completed a one-year clerkship with New Jersey Appellate Judge Jack L. Lintner. She has dealt with federal evidentiary and discovery issues, and has handled reports and recommendations for habeas corpus petitions. Kristina has also counseled clients regarding domestic violence and child custody. She also has had significant experience in the investment business, and has held a Series 6 and a Series 63 certification.
In General. Kristina received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and her M.B.A. with high honors from Rutgers University School of Business, both in 2005. In addition, Kristina also spent part of her undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy. There, she went through combat survival training, basic cadet training and was involved in the global engagement program, which concentrates on international deployment.
Kristina is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Association. She is a member of the executive committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association. |
