Ms. Albano serves as Senior Fund Accountant. Prior to joining Madison International Realty, Ms. Albano worked at Ernst & Young, LLP. Her industry focus was technology and communications within the audit practice. There, she was responsible for the coordination and management of financial statement audits and helped with the implementation of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 on her clients. She had much exposure to SEC filings and disclosure requirements for SEC registrants and various consolidating entities. After three years in audit, Kristin spent a year with Ernst & Young’s internal strategy group where she conducted research and analysis on markets, services, and competitors that could impact firm strategy. She also focused on developing and applying the Balanced Scorecard as a tool for identifying opportunities to improve processes in the firm relating to strategic planning and alignment. Ms. Albano received her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Accountancy from St. John’s University in Jamaica, Queens. |
