Kristin is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal who joined the firm’s Litigation practice group in 2005. Her work in the area of civil litigation focuses on government contracting, labor law, employment law and environmental law. Since becoming a paralegal in 1993, Kristin has worked on a number of trials and appeals at the federal and state levels. She has also worked in the area of education law and played a key role in the investigation into North Carolina public school administrators and teachers who did not meet state performance requirements.
Kristin earned her degree as a Paralegal from Lakeshore College in Wisconsin where she was an honors student. Kristin gives her time to a number of charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Shriners Hospital for Children and the SPCA. |
