Kristi Savacool is Hewitt's Senior Vice President of Business Services. In this role she has responsibility for Hewitt's global internal services including information services procurement real estate financial services and associate support services. She also directs Hewitt's enterprise-wide Integrated Operations and Quality Council which has oversight of enterprise operational policy standards initiatives processes overhead assets integration and performance.
Throughout her career Kristi has had a track record of delivering strong customer-focused results. Her expertise is in driving operational and cost efficiencies enabling the business to improve profitability and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Before joining Hewitt in 2005 she worked for The Boeing Company for more than 25 years. At Boeing she held a number of senior management positions including most recently serving as a vice president within Boeing's Shared Services group and Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Boeing's Commercial Airplane Group.
Kristi has been a member of various boards including the Boeing Foreign Subsidiary; Boeing Australia Holding Co. Sydney Australia; Seattle University School of Business; and the United Way of King County Seattle Washington. She also led Boeing's worldwide Employees' Community Fund campaign.
She completed the executive program at Cornell University and the executive program at Seattle University and holds an MS in industrial management from Lille University Lille France. |
