Kristi Acuff is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company. She has over 21 years of experience in Human Resources Management in the oil and gas and energy industries in Alaska and Texas.
By background, Kristi is a senior HR generalist with in-depth experience in project management and outsourcing, policy and services development and implementation, employee relations, communications, team building, leadership and change management.
Kristi came to Alyeska in 2003 as HR Operations Manager and was appointed to her current position in July of 2004. Prior to joining Alyeska, she was an HR Manager with BP for eight years.
Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Alaska. She has volunteered for many HR groups over the years and is currently Secretary/Treasurer on the national HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Board of Directors.
Kristi was born and raised in Alaska. She and her husband Richard continue to enjoy the many outdoor opportunities the state has to offer. |
