Kristi Hinner is a registered patent attorney and member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Milwaukee. Kristi's practice focuses a range of intellectual property matters, including litigation, prosecution, licensing and transactional work in the areas of patents, trademarks and copyrights. She has experience in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as Internet domain name disputes under the Domain-Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) arbitration procedure. Kristi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was an academic tutor, a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court team, and a Co-Justice of the Appellate Advocacy Honors Board. Kristi was also a Chicago Intellectual Property Colloquium Fellow from 2004-2005 during which time she helped visiting legal scholars develop their theses for future publications.
