Kristen places entry-level candidates who have completed a Master’s or PhD degree program and are interested in quantitative marketing positions. Prior to joining Smith Hanley Associates in 2006, Kristen worked as a Personal Banker at Marshall and Ilsley Bank and graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with degrees in Writing-Intensive English and Communication Studies. Kristen is continually impressed by the people she works with at SHA because they really care about the candidates they work with and strive to find the right match.
