Kristen Lalla handles senior level executive searches, specializing in the research, recruitment and selection stages, and manages Dowd Associates' administrative operations. Over the years Kristen has assembled a vast network of contacts; and by tapping into this network she has produced consistent, high-performance results for clients.
After a stint as a popular deejay on Clear Channel Communications' KC-101 FM in New Haven, CT, Kristen decided on a career change: She harnessed her love of music in an appreciation for the harmony that exists between a firm and the people who, as senior executives, shape its culture and set its values.
A lifelong resident of White Plains, NY, Kristen graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT with a major in media studies and a focus on broadcast communications. She volunteers with Junior Achievement of the Hudson Valley and donates her blonde tresses to Locks of Love, an organization that fashions wigs for underprivileged children whose hair is lost to chemotherapy. In addition, Kristen is an impassioned supporter of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals, Westchester Shore Humane Society, the Yonkers Animal Shelter and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
