Kristen Kizer manages the call center sales and support operations. Previously at Verizon Enhanced Communities (a subsidiary of Verizon), she was the Manager of Customer Care. In this role she built Verizon Enhanced Communities' 24x7 telephony and high speed internet technical support group, while also having accountability for new order processing and collections. Prior to Verizon Enhanced Communities, Kristen was at Adelphia Cable where she was responsible for Account Management, Cable Modem Sales, and Internal IT Support. Kristen holds a BBA from Radford University in Virginia. |
